Comfortable stay in a great location!
quick check-infriendly stafflimited variety
The check-in process was quick. The staff was friendly. There are shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. I was able to walk to Copacabana beach in just a few minutes.
The breakfast lacked variety. I wished for more options.

The hotel offers money exchange at reception and the rate seemed good. The gym, pool, and sauna are located in the building across the street. This offers more space to exercise or relax, and avoids overcrowding the main hotel facilities. The rooftop pool provides decent city views.

The location is excellent. It felt safe to walk at night. Copacabana beach is a short walk from the hotel. The metro is about 15 minutes away, this gives easy access to other areas. Plenty of shops and restaurants are close by.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. Vegan options were limited to fruit. I bought some additional food to supplement the breakfast. The breakfast space was clean and staff maintained the food selection

The staff were helpful and kind and patient. They spoke excellent English. The staff assisted with planning tours and ordering taxis at reasonable prices. The porter offered recommendations for a restaurant.
